Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Historic Waverly Mansion was built between 1756 and 1764 and sold to Col. John Eager Howard, a Revolutionary War hero and governor of Maryland from 1788 to 1790. Colonel Howard gave the house and land to his son, George, who later also served as governor of the state from 1831 to 1833.

Held on the large lawn opposite the barn, at the end of the parking lot.

Cocktail Reception: 6:00 p.m.
Held outside the tent adjacent to the mansion.
